Job Description

Role & responsibilities Follow up on the daily DPR , fuel consumption, and utilization reports, ensuring they are submitted to management on time Ensure timely supply of spare parts to the site P&M team to facilitate repairs and maintain machinery in good working condition. Follow up and verify hire bills for machinery and equipment, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to management. Follow up on spare parts indents from the site P&M team, ensuring timely approvals and working closely with the procurement team to ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) and delivery of supplies. Support the procurement team with technical details and specifications for the timely purchase and supply of spare parts, ensuring that equipment downtime is minimized. Closely followup on Preventive & Schedule Maintenance of Equipments Preferred candidate profile
