Plant and Maintenance Technician/Engineer
We seek a skilled Plant and Maintenance Technician/Engineer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in heavy construction plant. Experience in the construction/heavy equipment repair industry is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) and timely breakdown repairs on construction machinery (excavators, cranes, generators, batching plants, etc.).
Quickly diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults using schematics and diagnostic tools.
Ensure all maintenance meets safety (HSE) standards and manufacturer specifications.
Accurately complete job cards and maintain equipment history logs via CMMS.
Manage spare parts inventory and assist site operators.
Requirements:
4–6 years as a Technician/Engineer on heavy machinery.
Diploma/ITI or B.E. in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
Expertise in diesel engines, hydraulics, and troubleshooting.
Strong practical and problem-solving skills in a site environment.
