Engineer - Order Management

You will be responsible for managing the entire order lifecycle, which includes order entry, order tracking, and export document management/clearances. Your main tasks will involve processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, as well as managing order status by tracking and updating orders in the system. You will need to coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate material availability and stock levels. Collaborating with internal teams such as sales, production, and quality will be a crucial part of your role. You will also be expected to investigate and resolve any order discrepancies that may arise. Maintaining accurate records and reports of order activity will be essential, along with identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund.
