Role Overview: As a Mechanical Engineer at Modi Groups, you will play a crucial role in overseeing plant setup, machinery installation, mechanical system design, and production layout implementation. Your responsibilities will include meeting and negotiating plant details with vendors, leading plant setup and machinery installation, ensuring smooth plant operations and maintenance schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, working on process improvement initiatives, and preparing technical documentation and project reports. Key Responsibilities: - Meet, negotiate, and discuss plant details with vendors. - Lead and supervise plant setup and installation of machinery and equipment. - Plan, design, and implement mechanical systems and production layouts. - Ensure smooth plant operations, maintenance schedules, and process efficiency. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and procurement. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. - Work on process improvement and cost optimization initiatives. - Prepare technical documentation and project reports. Qualifications & Requirements: - Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering + MBA. - Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and plant setup.
