We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution of railway and road construction projects, ensuring timely completion within quality and budget parameters. Oversee construction activities for: Minor bridges and culverts Railway Over Bridges (ROBs) Earthwork, blanketing, and ballast work Laying of sleepers and track fittings Construction of buildings, Foot Over Bridges (FOB), and platforms Coordinate with government authorities, contractors, and project stakeholders. Monitor site operations, safety compliance, and quality control standards. Review project drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs. Ensure proper resource planning and cost control. Mentor site engineers and junior staff on best engineering practices. Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management. Key Requirements: B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil construction, particularly in railway infrastructure and road projects . Proven expertise in managing projects involving minor bridges, ROBs, earthworks, platform construction , and associated railway civil works. Strong project management and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and relevant construction software. Sound understanding of safety, quality, and environmental standards.
