The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our customers after the sale of our products. This is a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to customers for Titan's automation solutions after the sale of products - Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or concerns raised by customers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to improve product performance and customer satisfaction - Conduct regular product performance reviews and provide recommendations for improvements - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded - Provide training and support to customers on the proper use and maintenance of Titan's products - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automation technology to provide innovative solutions to customers - Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support and training Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the automation industry - Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and techniques - Experience with CAD software and other design tools - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Willingness to travel as needed Additional Parameters: - Experience in after-sales support and customer service is preferred - Knowledge of PLC programming and automation systems is a plus - Fluency in local languages is an advantage - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong time management and organizational skills Join our team at Titan and be a part of a dynamic and innovative company that is revolutionizing the automation industry. Work Experience \u2022 Design experience in automation field and in SPM building. \u2022 Engineering / Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering. \u2022 3 \u2013 4 years\u2019 experience in automation Field Knowledge on Pneumatics & Hydraulics \u2022 Knowledge on 3D software\u2019s(Autodesk Inventor is an added advantage), Hydraulics \u2022 2D Drafting skills, GD & T \u2022 Knowledge in understanding the engineering drawings \u2022 Willing to work with extended hours to achieve the set target. \u2022 Team player, ability to learn quickly \u2022 Good Communication skills \u2022 With good Logical & analytical thinking \u2022 Willing to travel whenever required \u2022 Willing to switch new task immediately based on priority \u2022 Providing support to Warranty and post warranty complaints for the customer request
