Job Description

Identification and design of Jigs/fixtures
Inspection/Verification of Jigs & fixtures
Preparation of process sheets, Jigs & fixture drawings for assembly process to meet the drawing requirement
Control and distribution of departmental documentation
Review and revised plant layout
Identify Risk & Opportunity in the activities carried out in department
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to read and interpret the engineering drawings
Should have good knowledge about product and about processes related to assembly, machining and fabrication
Should have good problem-solving skills
Knowledge of geometrical tolerances
Knowledge of designing of Jigs and fixtures
Proficient in using auto cad, Proficient in using SAP, Data analysis, Welding processes, Time estimation
