Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 support for IT infrastructure (network, systems, and end-user devices).
Manage and troubleshoot IT Hardware & Desktop Support issues.
Monitor and support Network Infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Assist in Cloud & Virtualization administration (basic level).
Ensure compliance with IT Security & Company policies.
Log, track, and resolve incidents via ticketing system; escalate when required.

Skill Set Required

Hands-on experience in
desktop/laptop support
(OS installation, patching, antivirus, user issues).
Knowledge of
network troubleshooting
(LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Exposure to
Cisco devices
(switches, routers, firewalls) basic configuration and monitoring.
Familiarity with
firewalls
(SOPHOS, Cisco, Fortinet) – rule monitoring & support.
Experience with
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Outlook/Office 365 user management
.
Basic understanding of
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, or GCP) and virtualization (
VMware/Hyper-V
).
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and end-user support skills.
