About the Role:

We are looking for motivated individuals to support us in populating a ship management system (PMS). The role involves data entry work & understanding about various marine-related concepts and machinery. Candidates with basic engineering understanding & attention to detail are preferred. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter equipment and maintenance data into the software
• Review and organize technical documents such as manuals, drawings, and checklists
• Ensure completeness and consistency of the data entered
• Work closely with the technical team to clarify vessel-specific requirements
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity

Requirements:

• Basic technical knowledge or familiarity with engineering terms (marine background is always a plus)
• Comfortable working with computers and software tools (basic Excel knowledge required)
• Willingness to work offline from our Mumbai office
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Attention to detail and consistency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree holders/pursuants in Mechanical / Marine / Electrical fields (other fields also welcome)
• A willingness to work & complete projects
• A background or interest in Marine Engineering is prefered.
