Job Responsibilities :

Monitor, supervise and get executed Instrumentation, SCADA works as per specifications & GADs, Isometrics & P&IDs etc.Check Contractor supplied materials including tunings, gauges etc.for proper specifications, material grade etc. Maintain the record of all MTCs.Identify Test loops and for pressure testing, checking of piping instrumentation system for Mechanical clearance before pressure testing. Carry-out pressure testing and final re-instatement after dewatering and maintain all test records.Identify Instrumentation loops for checking, calibrating instruments such as pressure Transmitters, flow transmitters, etc. Providing proper tagging of instrument cables.Monitor the details as per P&I diagram and ensure that no instrument is left uninstalled. Co-ordinate with other departments such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical etc for smooth execution of the given activities.Will be responsible for day to day monitoring of Contractor's performance in terms of progress and Manpower & Equipment deployment status.To ensure that all Construction activities are being carried out safely in accordance with Company's HSE Policy and Project HSE goals.To ensure quality of works as per the requirements of individual activity Specification & ITPs.Monitor and report the Daily Progress of assigned Construction activities, identify critical issues / areas and report to Lead Engineer / Construction Manager.Track and control Construction Schedule and communicate with the Lead Construction OR Construction Contractor.Using knowledge of Communicating Protocols such as MODBUS, simulation test etc. during pre-commissioning.Certification of Contractor's job measurements and invoicesEnsure effective utilization of the Manpower and Machineries available at site through Construction Contractors.Supervise, motivate & guide Construction Workers for timely execution of the given task and compliance to Quality and Safety requirements.

Education Requirement :

• Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Instrumentation OR Electronics & communication Engineering
  

Experience Requirement :

• Minimum 3 years Relevant working experience in Oil & Gas wells operations
• Involved in plant shutdown & start up activities preferably GDU & reciprocating compressor
• Working knowledge of oil & gas operation codes & standard
  

Skills & Competencies :

• Working knowledge of oil & gas operation codes & standard
• Knowledge of Quantity Surveyor
