The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in React.js, JavaScript, and web development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient applications. What You Will Do Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Architecture and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, efficient, and reliable front-end architectures. React.js Development: Develop and maintain complex React.js applications, ensuring high-quality, scalability, and performance. Code Review and Optimization: Perform code reviews, optimize code for performance, and ensure adherence to coding standards. Mentorship and Training: Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and training on React.js, JavaScript, and web development best practices. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest React.js, JavaScript, and web development trends, best practices, and technologies. What You Need to Be Successful Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 6-8 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js. Expert-level knowledge of React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and web development. Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX). Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Rollup). Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme). Experience with Agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements. Bonus Points if You Have Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified React.js Developer. Experience with Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS. Familiarity with DevOps Tools: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins. Experience with Machine Learning: Experience with machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, Brain.js). What Makes You Eligible Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment This position requires the use of a HARMAN or customer-owned vehicle. As such, any offer of employment will be contingent upon having a clean driving record, which will be evaluated and determined in HARMAN s sole discretion, no more than four (4) active points for moving violations (issued by any motor vehicle agency), and no references to operating a vehicle under the influence of controlled substances within the last 10 years.
