Core Responsibilities – Engineer II

• Contribute to design, development, and support of production systems in a DevOps environment
• Collaborate with global teams and participate in Agile ceremonies
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive optimizations
• Support CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and on-call rotations
• Share knowledge, mentor peers, and contribute to engineering best practices

Qualifications

• 4-10 years years of software engineering experience
• Strong skills in Java, Python, Spring Boot, and API design
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, S3), Kafka, Postgres, MongoDB , SQL and NO SQL
• Proficient with CI/CD, GitLab, Kubernetes/Docker, Terraform, and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Datadog)
• Solid understanding of Agile, cloud architecture, and data integration patterns
