Engineer

Writes up customers orders (or enter then online using SAP) and/or edits all incoming orders for accuracy and completeness before processing. Answers technical email inquiries from customers. Preparing Quotations based on RFQ/Technical Bid document/ Customer requirement.

Order Entry in SAP Processing PO Following up with stakeholders/ cross functional teams for timely order completion and on time product delivery Confirms email quotations or correspondence, using customers specifications or CUSTOMER proposals to meet customers requirements.

Works from blueprints, plans, specifications, or other records as needed. Provide L1 technical support over calls/ emails etc. Prepares job take off, bills of material, and quotations from engineering drawings. Assists District Manager and Field Sales Engineers in the preparation of technical proposals.

Prepares and maintains project files and follow up system for tracking projects. Strives to improve relationships with all customers and industry contacts by providing prompt, courteous responses to inquiries.

Handles responsibilities with minimal supervision required. Fluent written & oral communication to work with global customers. Self motivated, Team player, Effective problem solving capabilities. Drive the process and team to achieve utmost quality and on time deliveries. Proficiency in SAP
