Prepare cost estimates for components, assemblies, and BOMs
Conduct cost analysis using benchmarks
Validate supplier quotations with internal cost models
Support pricing decisions and supplier negotiations
Track actual vs estimated costs across projects
Identify cost variances and root causes
Recommend cost-saving opportunities through VA/VE
Support cost reduction initiatives with cross-functional teams
Maintain costing database and master sheets
Prepare dashboards and visual summaries for management
Generate cost reports for internal/external audits
Support finance and sourcing teams with cost data
Work with design, sourcing, and finance teams
Participate in NPD costing reviews
Support procurement in cost validation
Candidate must have min 2 years of experience in costin gin automotive company.
Cost Modeling & Analysis
Proficiency in MS Excel & ERP (SAP/Oracle)
Understanding of Manufacturing Processes
Project Cost Tracking Tools
