Engineer – Electronics & Automation

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Engineer to join our Electronics & Automation team. The role involves developing, testing, and supporting automation and control solutions for our range of construction and industrial equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PLC-based control systems and electrical hardware integration.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement control logics for machine automation using PLC’s.
• Conduct hardware testing, validation, and troubleshooting of control systems.
• Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure system compatibility and reliability.
• Conduct prototype development and field testing of machines.
• Participate in I/O mapping and instrument calibration activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and test reports.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams for control panel and component integration.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in control systems or industrial automation.
• Proficiency in PLC programming.
• Strong understanding of CAN protocol, sensors, actuators, and control hardware.
• Familiarity with industrial communication standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to HMI design and system integration.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Ability to read and interpret electrical & control panel drawings.
• Prior experience in heavy machinery, automotive, or industrial equipment industries.
