ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL & AUTOMATION)

As a qualified candidate for the position, you will be responsible for managing the engineering team and providing technical guidance to achieve the targeted Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Your duties will include troubleshooting, improvement, and monitoring of machine/equipment downtime to ensure efficient performance. You will establish and monitor critical equipment analysis programs such as FMEA, KAIZEN, DMAIC Lean Six Sigma, and assist in new installations and facility design changes. Additionally, you will analyze equipment operating data, evaluate equipment effectiveness, and identify opportunities for reliability enhancement. You will oversee the mechanical and electrical maintenance team, including implementation of work procedures, troubleshooting guidance, machine design review, and maintenance scheduling. Your role will involve monitoring and improving production speed loss analysis, ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are met, and collaborating with vendors for part design and installation. Furthermore, you will manage spare part inventory, support quality improvement initiatives, and control process yield output. To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic) and have at least 4 years of experience in a leadership position within the Engineering or Maintenance field. Strong leadership, people management, and continuous improvement skills are essential, along with the ability to interact with diverse groups and demonstrate technical understanding of manufacturing equipment. Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are also required.
