ENGINEER - CIVIL (RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS)

You are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 10 to 12 years of experience to oversee the construction of residential building projects in Chennai and Tamil Nadu. As an Engineer, your role will involve managing both structural and interior works, ensuring that all construction aspects adhere to safety standards, quality requirements, and regulations. You will collaborate with various professionals, including Architects, contractors, and interior designers, to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion. Your responsibilities will include reviewing architectural and structural designs, coordinating with design professionals, managing construction site operations, supervising teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with building codes, overseeing project execution and quality control, and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, have at least 10-12 years of civil engineering experience with a focus on residential construction and interiors, possess strong knowledge of design and building materials, be proficient in AutoCAD, demonstrate excellent project management and organizational skills, and show proficiency in time management and problem-solving. Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil are preferred, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
