As an EngineerBridges at SYSTRA India, you will be responsible for Rail bridge design, Viaduct & Structure design. Your role will involve preparing reports and calculations according to International Codes of Practice such as AREMA, AASTHO, and EURO. You will also be tasked with planning and executing bridge surveys and inspections, conducting bridge assessment calculations, managing project delivery, estimating work items, and identifying scope change items. Additionally, you will need to work on large multi-disciplinary projects using BIM and ensure compliance with Systra Group policies on ethics, safety, and Company ISO Standards. Qualifications required for this position include a BE-Civil + M.Tech in Structural Engineering, coupled with 3 to 5 years of experience in the relevant field. Proficiency in software like Sofistik, Midas, and Oasys is essential, as well as actively working towards a Professional qualification. Your ability to collaborate within a multi-discipline design team, complete tasks with minimal supervision, provide support and mentoring to others, and travel to client sites and other SYSTRA offices will be crucial for this role.
