The company ensures maximum uptime for a wide range of equipment, including tippers, excavators, graders, dozers, and payloaders. By focusing on reliability and operational efficiency, Knowteq Equipcare LLP aims to support fleet owners by enhancing the performance and longevity of their equipment.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Engine Mechanic located in West Bengal, India. The Engine Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing engine issues, conducting routine maintenance, working on hydraulic systems, and troubleshooting problems on heavy equipment. The role also involves performing inspections and ensuring the proper functionality of mechanical components in mining and construction vehicles.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Small Engine Repair and Heavy Equipment maintenance
Experience with Hydraulic Systems and related technologies
Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Expertise in performing regular Maintenance & Repair tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with safety protocols and workplace compliance standards in the construction and mining industries
Diploma or certification in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
