Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Engine Designer with experience in designing of casting using Catia. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 7 years of experience and be based in Pune.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and support development on CATIA for engine casting parts like crankcase, heads, etc.
Apply fundamentals of core engine design & peripherals to ensure efficient system integration.
Utilize excellent understanding of GD&T, Tolerancing, and drawings to ensure precision and accuracy.
Develop and maintain hands-on CAD software skills (CATIA) for effective design and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engines and subsystems into vehicles.
Analyze manufacturing processes of engines and subsystems to optimize production efficiency.

Job Requirements

Experience in designing of casting using Catia is required.
Strong knowledge of engine and subsystems design and application for automobile engineering is necessary.
Familiarity with various government regulations related to powertrain and automobiles is expected.
Proficiency in software such as Catia V5 is essential.
Understanding of mechanical systems like Crank Train and Valve train, including GD & T application, is needed.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are highly valued.
