Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engagement Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Engagement Manager will be responsible for managing client projects, developing strategies, leading and coordinating teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of consulting engagements. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing program management, communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders, conducting in-depth analysis, and delivering high-quality project outcomes. (Based on suitability and experience, the applicant may also be considered for a role of Associate Director)

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct in-depth analysis
• Experience in program management and project management
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate teams to achieve project goals
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• 4 - 10 years of experience working in reputed consulting firms
