Job Description

As a prospective member of the team at Acumen, you will be part of a consulting firm that is dedicated to transforming the consulting landscape. Your role will involve taking ownership of clients' challenges and providing practical and intelligent solutions. We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, innovative, and believe in the power of teamwork. Your contributions will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to key external stakeholders, particularly prospective students. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality, customer-oriented service by offering support and guidance on admissions policies and procedures. - Adhere to standard operating procedures, protocols, and workflows to ensure efficient service delivery. - Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support for applicants in line with University regulations. - Respond to applicant queries and provide detailed information in an accessible format. - Conduct initial checks on applications, including validation of data and minimum entry requirements. - Assist in fee assessments and background checks for applicants. - Process application outcomes within agreed timeframes. - Prepare key immigration documentation for international students. - Maintain the partner university's student record system related to admissions. - Keep abreast of external regulations and University academic requirements to ensure compliance. - Engage with university stakeholders for feedback and training when required. - Support the University by representing them in fairs and events on a Pan India basis. - Assess student motivation, academic alignment, course knowledge, and post-study plans as per criteria. - Conduct financial assessments and identify fraudulent documents. - Flag high-risk applications and ensure alignment with university risk policies. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. - Strong attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Ability to manage varied workloads independently and as part of a team.
