Key Responsibilities: - Offer customer-oriented support and guidance on admissions policies. - Follow standard procedures to ensure smooth service delivery. - Maintain accurate records and provide administrative assistance to applicants. - Address applicant queries promptly and clearly. - Validate application data and minimum entry requirements. - Assist with fee assessments and background checks. - Process application outcomes within set timelines. - Prepare immigration documents for international students. - Manage admissions-related student records. - Stay updated on regulations and academic requirements. - Engage with stakeholders for feedback and training. - Represent the university at events across India. - Evaluate student motivation, academic alignment, and post-study plans. - Conduct financial assessments and document verification. - Identify high-risk applications and adhere to risk policies.
