Energy Upstream Consultant

Role Overview: In this role as an Energy Upstream Consultant, you will work on upstream energy consulting engagements, utilizing your industry, technical, and business expertise to deliver client value. Your responsibilities will include supporting transformation initiatives through operational excellence, digital adoption, and client engagement, while also contributing to business development and delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Support upstream consulting projects focused on key upstream operations - Contribute to business development through proposals, pitches, and solution architecture - Engage with clients during the project lifecycle - Collaborate with the broader team to deliver high-quality outcomes and ensure client satisfaction - Identify and assess digital disruption opportunities in upstream operations Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of upstream value chain: E&P, OFES, Maintenance, etc. - Experience in onshore/ offshore and unconventional wells operations - Understanding of key upstream capabilities/ operations: Drilling, Production Operations, HSE, Reliability, etc. - Hands-on experience in driving end-to-end client engagements, from opportunity identification and sales through to successful delivery - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proven contribution to upstream consulting practice through engagement in creating PoVs, service offerings, and thought leadership initiatives (Good to have) - Exposure to digital opportunities such as Data/ AI/ Analytics across upstream functions (Good to have) Additional Details of the Company: This role at Accenture requires extensive travel, typically 80% or more annually, with assignments that may involve working at client locations across global regions for both short- and long-term engagements.
