Primary Skills Endpoint Management (Intune SCCM)

Secondary Skills Certifications (if any)

SCCM and Intune Create and manage task sequence i(initiation ,setting OS deployment, domain registration Application deployment , etc) during OS image development. Troubleshooting the error occurred during OS deployment and patch management cycle

Deploying software and image to customers laptop and desktop Maintain quality assurance best practices and control the quality of deliverables

Perform test on the newly build laptop and desktop before handling it to customers users Create scripts (VBScript power shell as part of image management /software development

Strictly flow the process defined by customer for OS imaging software development and patching on laptop and desktop Create changes tickets in service now approvals to update the GOLD image or deploy a patch on customer laptop desktop

Need to have knowledge and working experience on image deployment and software development and software distribution solutions like MS SCCM /SCOM /MOM /MEDC

In depth understanding and hand on automated patching threat detection and remediation, software development, patch deployment, patch management service pack installation asset management remote control setting up automated patching software distribution policies and customized policies suitable to the customer infra environment.

Able to manage laptop, desktop, smartphones, servers, and tablets from windows MAC OS Linux IOS Android TVOS chrome OS and iPads through these EUC tools and solution

Minimum 4 years experience in Intune and mobile device management Expert level knowledge of Intune and related technologies indulging MDM, MAM and mobile security

Experience with integrating Intune with other MS technologies such as azure SSCM and EMS Strong understanding of network and system Principle and practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities: Lead day -to-day IT operating, Infrastructure service support hardware and software asset management Experience in Intune/Autopilot infrastructure Experienced in windows image development and management. Sound knowledge in ITIL framework demonstrable technical expertise in deploying MS applications operating systems and its migration.

Act as an escalation point EUC related tasks which involves but not limited to to laptop and desktop. Installation, configuration and troubleshooting Patch management of windows systems Deep technical skills on Microsoft Core technologies-DNS, DHCP, WINS , Intune , SSCM etc..

Good understanding of Microsoft active directory and related configuration Cisco VC systems administration, IT asset management. Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
