Job Description

Role Overview: At Rockwell Automation, you will be in a customer-facing sales role where you will build relationships with executive management teams to exceed sales targets across various industrial software, power control, and process control solutions. Your success will come from leveraging the company's innovative technologies in Smart Manufacturing Industry 4.0. You will focus on establishing and maintaining relationships in the Automotive/Tire industry in western India, coordinating with distributors to optimize resources. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets by negotiating and closing opportunities, collaborating with Rockwell Automation sales teams and partners - Drive growth in existing accounts and acquire new accounts - Enhance customer satisfaction for assigned accounts - Develop and execute strategic account plans through disciplined planning and sales execution - Lead internal and external stakeholders in tactical actions to achieve strategic objectives - Engage in customer-facing activities to support account plans - Manage sales opportunities and front log using available tools - Ensure customer satisfaction through regular contacts and surveys - Provide sales forecasts based on business analysis - Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, market drivers, and Rockwell Automation offerings - Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the Manager Qualification Required: - Degree in Engineering or related discipline - Good knowledge of the Automotive and Tire industry - Experience in an industrial production environment with solution-based outcomes - At least 5 years of sales experience in the Automotive and Tire industry - Software experience is an added advantage, such as PTC, ThingWorx, MES, Business Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Analytics, Advanced Analytics Additional Details (if present): Rockwell Automation offers comprehensive mindfulness programs, volunteer paid time off, employee assistance programs, personalized wellbeing programs, on-demand digital course library for professional development, and other local benefits.
