Key Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers, team members, and other key stakeholders - Facilitate learning and change management processes by guiding consumers through tools and technologies - Provide exceptional customer experience while resolving questions and issues through different intake channels - Challenge the current state and drive simplification and automation of processes - Contribute to the Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) methodology and culture by creating, updating, and sharing knowledge Qualifications Required: - Experience in providing customer support through various channels - Excellent problem-solving skills - Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment - Fluency in English - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Bachelor's degree required Any additional details of the company: At Koch, employees are empowered to do their best work to make life better.
