As an employee dedicated to the main employee facing platform and operations for better Operating Efficiency, your responsibilities will include: - Building all the Employee Journeys on the platform across all channels such as Website and Apps - Utilizing your 10+ years of domain experience in Banking, FinTech, and Real Estate Products - Demonstrating expertise in Home Loans, Insurances, Policies, and other Core Real Estate Products and Services to enhance platform functionalities - Conducting in-depth research on various platforms and products to understand customer requirements effectively - Managing all features on the platform and prioritizing their deployment - Overseeing the product development life cycle and project management - Participating in the Steering Committee to align with the business needs, mission, vision, targets, and KPIs - Ensuring scalability and enhancing client convenience to improve conversion rates and revenue - Adopting a business-first approach by planning, designing wireframes, content slots, and coordinating with Development and QA Teams for successful delivery Your qualifications should ideally include: - 10+ years of experience in Banking, FinTech, and Real Estate Products - Expertise in Home Loans, Insurances, Policies, and other Core Real Estate Products and Services - Strong understanding of product development life cycle and project management - Business-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize features effectively If any additional details about the company are provided in the job description, please share them.,
