Customer Platform Product Owner

As an experienced professional in the field of Banking, FinTech, and Real Estate Products with over 10 years of domain expertise, you will be dedicated to our main customer-facing platform. Your primary responsibilities will include creating survey forms and designs to gain insights into client requirements and crafting user journeys across all channels, including websites and apps. In order to ensure the success of our platform, you will need to conduct in-depth research on various other platforms and competitor products. By understanding the exact needs of our customers and making informed decisions on feature adoption, you will play a crucial role in leveraging our resources for effective execution. You will be responsible for feature development on the platform, prioritizing features for deployment, and managing end-to-end user journeys. Additionally, you will oversee the product development life cycle and project management, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. As a member of the Steering Committee, you will be expected to align with the business's needs, mission, vision, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Your role will also involve ensuring the scalability of the platform and enhancing client convenience to drive regular increases in revenue and conversion rates.
