Employee Platform Product Owner

Your role as a candidate for this position will involve being completely dedicated to the main employee-facing platform and operations to enhance Operating Efficiency. You will be tasked with owning and building all Employee Journeys on the platform across various channels including Website and Apps. With over 10 years of experience in domains such as Banking, FinTech, and Real Estate Products, you will need to have additional expertise in areas like Home Loans, Insurances, Policies, and other Core Real Estate Products and Services. In this role, you will be required to conduct in-depth research on various platforms and products to understand the exact requirements of customers. You will have the responsibility of managing all features on the platform and determining the prioritization of these features for a successful launch. Additionally, you will be accountable for overseeing the product development life cycle, project management, and being an integral part of the Steering Committee. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the scalability of the platform and enhancing client convenience to improve conversion rates and boost revenue. Your approach should be business-oriented, involving the planning and design of wireframes, content slots, and collaboration with Development and QA Teams to ensure successful delivery.
