Customer Platform Product Owner

As a Senior Product Manager at our company, you will be completely dedicated to the main customer-facing platform. With over 10 years of domain experience in Banking, FinTech, and Real Estate products, you will play a crucial role in creating survey forms and designs to better understand client requirements. Your responsibilities will include crafting User Journeys on the platform across all channels, including the website and apps. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth research on various platforms and competitor products to understand customer requirements and make informed decisions on feature adoption and resource allocation - Build and prioritize platform features for deployment and manage end-to-end User Journeys - Lead the product development life cycle and project management processes - Participate in the Steering Committee to align with the business's needs, mission, vision, targets, and KPIs - Focus on scalability and enhancing client convenience to improve conversion rates and boost revenue - Take a business-first approach to planning, design wireframes, content slots, and collaborate with Development and QA Teams for successful delivery Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in Banking, FinTech, and Real Estate products - Proven expertise in product management, project management, and user experience design - Strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor analysis - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Business acumen with a strategic mindset to drive product innovation and growth Join us in revolutionizing the customer experience on our platform and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional products and services to our clients.,
