Role: Back Office IT Support Executive / Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for our Canadian operations
• Manage Shopify, Odoo ERP, and internal system troubleshooting
• Support data synchronization, product updates, and IT maintenance tasks
• Monitor system performance and resolve software/hardware issues
• Coordinate with Canadian teams in real-time for issue resolution
• Maintain daily activity reports and process documentation

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, IT, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, eCommerce, or ERP environments (freshers with strong tech skills may apply)
• Excellent English communication and problem-solving ability
• Hands-on with

  Shopify, Odoo, Excel , Power BI ,Google Workspace, or CRM tools

• Ready to work

  night shifts
