Senior Technical Engineer – Embedded Systems & Event Technology

As a Senior Technical Engineer, you will take a leading role in bridging hardware and software to deliver seamless, reliable, and high-performance experiences for our clients. You will oversee testing, installation, optimization, and on-site support for embedded systems used in high-profile activations, events, and interactive installations. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to perform under dynamic, fast-paced project conditions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advanced Testing, Optimization & Quality Assurance
Lead the testing, validation, and optimization of hardware and software components before deployment. Ensure systems meet performance, safety, and reliability standards, with a strong focus on preventing downtime during events.

2. Technical Leadership in Installations
Oversee and coordinate on-site installations, guiding internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless integration and successful execution of complex technical setups.

3. Event-Day Technical Supervision
Provide expert-level technical support during live events—monitoring system performance, diagnosing issues, and executing quick solutions to maintain uninterrupted operation.

4. Flexible Availability for High-Demand Projects
Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to work extended or irregular hours during installation phases, testing windows, and event days.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Coordination
Work closely with project managers, software teams, designers, and external suppliers to maintain alignment, ensure smooth workflows, and guarantee the highest quality deliverables.

6. Client-Facing Technical Support
Engage confidently with clients when needed, providing expert guidance, addressing last-minute technical needs, and ensuring confidence in system reliability.

7. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Stay updated with emerging hardware technologies, embedded systems trends, and industry best practices. Proactively suggest improvements and introduce innovative ideas to enhance system performance and user experience.

Location: DIP1, Dubai, UAE
Salary Range: AED 3,000 - AED 4,000

Working Hours

*Monday to Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

*Additional working hours may apply depending on project deadlines and live event requirements.
