Job Description

As an experienced professional in embedded systems/software development, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing embedded software on platforms such as ESP, Raspberry Pi Pico, STM32, and Raspberry Pi. Your role will involve working with Linux/Ubuntu environments for development and deployment, as well as developing and maintaining Python applications for machinery automation and hardware control. You will collaborate on hardware bring-up, debugging, and troubleshooting, and implement and integrate communication protocols including Modbus, RS-485, UART, I2C, and SPI. Additionally, you will support system integration with hardware, sensors, and actuators, while documenting designs, processes, and test results. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and test embedded software on various platforms - Work with Linux/Ubuntu environments for development and deployment - Develop and maintain Python applications for machinery automation and hardware control - Collaborate on hardware bring-up, debugging, and troubleshooting - Implement and integrate communication protocols such as Modbus, RS-485, UART, I2C, and SPI - Support system integration with hardware, sensors, and actuators - Document designs, processes, and test results Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or related field - Strong knowledge of embedded platforms (ESP, STM32, Pico, Raspberry Pi) - Proficiency in Linux (Ubuntu) environments - Programming experience in Python, particularly for automation and hardware control - Understanding of basic electronic hardware design (schematics, components, PCB-level basics) - Familiarity with hardware interfacing and debugging, hands-on experience with multimeter, Oscilloscope, etc. - Hands-on experience with Modbus, RS-485, UART, I2C, SPI communication protocols - Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) - Knowledge of servo motors, motion control, and robotics - Exposure to robotic system integration and automation projects If you are seeking a full-time, permanent position, this opportunity may be a good fit for you.
