We partner with leading OEMs, Tier-1s, Engineering R&Dcenters, and GCCs to deliver future-ready learning programs.We are now looking for a Solutioning Associate (Embedded Domain) to join our team andplay a pivotal role in designing innovative training solutions for the automotive ecosystem.Role OverviewAs a Solutioning Associate, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements,analyzing their upskilling needs, and crafting customized solutions that align with the latesttechnologies in embedded systems and automotive engineering. This role offers the opportunityto directly contribute to the transformation of automotive technology education.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with automotive clients (OEMs, Tier-1s, E-R&Ds, GCCs) to design tailoredtraining solutions.Focus on embedded technologies including Embedded C, C++, Linux, Android Auto,ADAS, SDV, and more.Analyze client requirements and propose customized, industry-relevant trainingprograms.Build compelling presentations, proposals, and solution documents that addressclient challenges.Stay updated with emerging trends in CASE (Connected, Autonomous, Shared, Electric)technologies.

Requirements

Education: BE or MTech in Computer Science, Electronics, or Mechatronics (withembedded/automotive specialization preferred).Experience: 12 years of experience in embedded/automotive domain (solutioning,training design, or related role preferred).
