Collaboration with internal teams to address complex issues is also a key part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving abilities are essential, and prior experience in Chat or Email Support is preferred. The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment is important. You should be willing to work in rotational shifts and have rotational week offs.
