As an Email Marketing Specialist at Skylane Solutions, your primary role will be to develop and execute high-converting email campaigns focused on generating qualified leads for our Digital Marketing Services. You will be responsible for end-to-end email marketing, including strategy, content creation, automation, segmentation, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, develop, and execute lead generation email marketing campaigns. - Create targeted email lists based on audience behavior, demographics, and campaign goals. - Write compelling email content and subject lines that drive engagement and conversions. - Set up and manage automation workflows and drip campaigns. - Conduct A/B tests to optimize email performance (open rate, click-through rate, conversion). - Track campaign metrics and generate performance reports with actionable insights. - Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR). - Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaign goals with business objectives. - Stay updated on industry trends and tools to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in email marketing, with a focus on lead generation. - Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot). - Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies. - Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. - Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize performance. - Familiarity with digital marketing services and client acquisition processes.
