Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist – B2B Lead Generation

Location: Hyderabad, Begumpet (WFO)

Experience required: 3–5 years in B2B email marketing

Shift Timings: 2pm to 11pm/4pm to 1am

Job Summary:

We are looking for a performance-driven Email Marketing Specialist with proven experience in B2B lead generation. The role demands hands-on expertise in email strategy, list segmentation, automation, and campaign optimization focused on generating high-quality leads for our sales team.Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B email marketing and lead generation experience.
• Strong understanding of outbound and inbound email marketing strategy.
• Proven track record of generating high-quality leads via cold email and nurturing workflows.
• Experience with email platforms, CRM, and automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Mailshake, etc.).
• Excellent copywriting skills tailored for B2B decision-makers.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.

Preferred:

• Experience targeting industries like SaaS, IT Services, Legal, or Professional Services.
• Familiarity with lead scoring and B2B buyer personas.
• Ability to integrate email strategy with LinkedIn outreach and content marketing funnels.
