The Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist position based in Visakhapatnam is seeking a dynamic individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Email Marketing & Cold Calling. As a specialist, you will be responsible for executing various digital marketing strategies, including cold calling, email marketing, and lead generation to meet specific lead closure targets and enhance brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: - Execute cold calling and email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads. - Develop and maintain email marketing lists and segmentation strategies. - Conduct international cold calling to expand market reach and business opportunities. - Utilize knowledge of web design and app development to understand client needs and promote relevant services. - Drive digital marketing efforts across platforms such as SEO, SEM, and social media. - Manage social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. - Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns to generate conversions. - Report on campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements. - Ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience of 2+ years in Email Marketing & Cold Calling. - Strong knowledge and experience in web design, app development, digital marketing, social media marketing, advertising, and lead generation. - Expertise in email marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategy. - Strong focus on lead generation, closing sales, and achieving monthly targets. - Fluent in English (International Standard) and Telugu. - Ability to work independently and meet monthly lead closure targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and MS Office.
