Job Description

As an Email Marketing Executive with 14 years of experience, your role will involve planning, creating, and executing targeted email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads. You will be responsible for sending professional, personalized emails to ensure high delivery and response rates. Additionally, you will build and manage email workflows, including newsletters, follow-ups, and promotional campaigns. Segmenting and managing email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Writing compelling subject lines, email content, and CTAs that drive conversions, conducting A/B testing, and analyzing campaign performance to provide actionable insights for optimization are crucial aspects of this role. Moreover, maintaining email list hygiene by removing inactive or invalid contacts and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with lead generation goals are essential tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns - Send professional, personalized emails with high delivery and response rates - Build and manage email workflows including newsletters, follow-ups, and promotional campaigns - Segment and manage email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement - Write compelling subject lines, email content, and CTAs - Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates and click-through performance - Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights - Maintain email list hygiene by removing inactive or invalid contacts - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with lead generation goals Qualifications Required: - 14 years of proven experience in Email Marketing and Lead Generation - Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms - Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and campaign analytics - Excellent copywriting and communication skills - Ability to convert email campaigns into qualified leads - Familiarity with email deliverability best practices - Basic HTML knowledge is a plus (not mandatory) - High attention to detail, creativity, and a results-oriented mindset In addition to the above, it would be nice to have experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms, an understanding of sales funnels and B2B campaigns, as well as the ability to create simple graphics or banners using Canva.
