Working Days & Timings:

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

As an Email Marketing Executive at Orbit Staffing and Innovision, Specialize in driving B2B lead generation campaigns within the staffing and recruiting domain. Role involves creating and executing targeted email outreach strategies to connect with companies actively hiring, with a focus on identifying and engaging key decision-makers. By combining data-driven marketing tactics with industry-specific insights, Generate high-quality leads that support business development and client acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential client companies actively hiring through real-time job postings on platforms.
  • Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and other B2B data tools.
  • Research company profiles and decision-makers (e.g., CEO, Managing Director, HR, Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers).

2. Email Campaign Management

  • Develop, test, and execute personalized cold email campaigns to generate interest in staffing and recruitment services.
  • Segment email lists based on industry, job roles, and hiring intent for better targeting.
  • Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, replies) and optimize o Verify and validate email addresses to ensure high deliverability and campaign success using free tools like Apollo.io, Zero Bounce, Skrapp, Verifalia, and Prospeo etc.
  • Conduct thorough data cleaning and validation to ensure the accuracy of contact information.
  • Maintain and update CRM/database with new leads, contact interactions, and status updates.

3. Outreach & Engagement

  • Craft compelling email copy tailored to each industry and role.
  • Follow up with warm leads via email sequences or LinkedIn messages to move prospects down the funnel.
  • Schedule meetings or pass qualified leads to the sales or recruitment team.

4. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to align outreach strategies with business needs.
  • Generate weekly reports on campaign performance and lead conversion rates.
