IBR Infotech is a fast-growing IT services company delivering innovative web and mobile application solutions to global clients. As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to boost our B2B outreach and lead generation efforts.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing targeted email marketing campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads, nurture prospects, and support the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute cold email campaigns tailored to B2B audiences.
  • Build and manage high-quality email lists of potential decision-makers and industries.
  • Craft persuasive email copy, subject lines, and CTAs aligned with brand positioning.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and outreach opportunities.
  • Utilize tools such as Mailchimp, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar platforms for automation.
  • Track, analyze, and improve campaign metrics (Open Rate, CTR, Bounce Rate, etc.).
  • Run A/B tests to enhance engagement and conversion performance.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead nurturing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with email laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B email marketing & outbound lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of cold outreach strategies and prospecting funnels.
  • Proficiency with tools like Hunter.io, Apollo, Snov.io, Mailchimp, or Lemlist.
  • Excellent written communication and email copywriting skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with campaign performance reporting expertise.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in IT services or software development industry.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach or multi-channel prospecting.
