Role & Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and send email campaigns for candidate outreach, onboarding, and employer-brand programs using platform templates and best practices.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Proficiency in at least one email platform: Mailchimp or HubSpot Marketing Hub or SendGrid
• Basic HTML/CSS for responsive email design and template editing
• Experience with A/B testing and interpreting campaign metrics
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and UTM tagging for campaign tracking
• Comfort with list segmentation, CSV manipulation and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to deliverability best practices and email compliance (unsubscribe handling, CAN-SPAM principles)
  

Preferred

• Experience with ActiveCampaign or Sendinblue
• Exposure to automation workflows and lead-nurture sequences
• Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools
