Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and sending bulk email campaigns.
• Draft engaging email content and subject lines.
• Maintain and update customer email databases.
• Monitor email performance (open rate, click rate, bounce rate, etc.).
• Ensure emails are mobile-friendly and free of errors.
• Research and analyze competitor campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of digital/online marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Eager to learn and adapt quickly.
