What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan and execute

  email campaigns, flows, and automation

  for multiple brands
• Build & segment email lists for

  targeted communication and higher engagement

• Write compelling copy for newsletters, promotions, and drip sequences
• A/B test subject lines, content blocks, send times, and CTAs
• Track and improve

  open rates, CTR, conversions, and revenue attribution

• Ensure deliverability best practices and maintain clean list hygiene
• Collaborate with designers and marketing team for campaign execution

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years

  of experience in email marketing (D2C or lead-gen preferred)
• Strong knowledge of

  Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools

• Solid understanding of audience segmentation, triggers, and automation logic
• Excellent copywriting skills and eye for conversion-friendly designs
• Familiarity with platforms like

  Shopify, WooCommerce, or landing page tools

• Bonus: SMS marketing experience or knowledge of CRO
