Email Marketer

As an Email Marketer at Flynaut LLC, your responsibilities will include: - Developing, executing, and optimizing targeted email marketing campaigns. - Creating engaging email content including subject lines, CTAs, and body copy aligned with brand voice. - Managing and growing subscriber lists, ensuring accurate segmentation and targeting. - Conducting A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. - Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance metrics (deliverability, CTR, ROI, etc.). - Ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). - Collaborating with design, content, and digital marketing teams to ensure consistency across campaigns. - Staying updated on email marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - Minimum 1 year of proven experience in email marketing. - Hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar platforms. - Strong copywriting and content creation skills. - Good understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and automation workflows. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly. - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing (preferred). - Strong organizational and time-management skills.,
