As an Email Marketer at Flynaut LLC, your responsibilities will include: - Developing, executing, and optimizing targeted email marketing campaigns. - Creating engaging email content like subject lines, CTAs, and body copy aligned with brand voice. - Managing and growing subscriber lists with accurate segmentation and targeting. - Conducting A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. - Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance metrics. - Ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR. - Collaborating with design, content, and digital marketing teams for campaign consistency. - Staying updated on email marketing trends, tools, and best practices. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 1 year of proven experience in email marketing. - Hands-on experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar platforms. - Strong copywriting and content creation skills. - Good understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and automation workflows. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data for optimization. - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing is preferred. - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
