About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketer (Cold Email Marketing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing cold email campaigns to generate high-quality leads, increase engagement, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create & Execute Campaigns: Develop, schedule, and manage cold email campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement.
• Targeting & List Building: Research, segment, and build high-quality prospect lists for effective outreach.
• Copywriting & Personalization: Write compelling, personalized email content to maximize open, click-through, and response rates.
• Monitoring & Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, reply rates) and continuously optimize strategies for better results.
• Compliance & Tools: Ensure campaigns comply with email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) and leverage email automation/CRM tools for efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold email marketing / lead generation via email.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing strategies, deliverability, and best practices.
• Experience with email automation tools (e.g., Mailshake, Lemlist, Woodpecker, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.).
• Excellent copywriting and personalization skills.
• Strong research skills for prospect list building and segmentation.
• Understanding of email compliance regulations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience in B2B marketing or IT services lead generation.
• Familiarity with A/B testing for subject lines and content.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and integrations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
