With over 4,000+ eCommerce companies using our products, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to helping clients increase their online sales through personalized email marketing and reviews technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Possessing 5+ years of experience in Email Deliverability. - Mandatory experience working with cloud infrastructure providers such as Mailgun, Twilio SendGrid, Sparkpost, etc. - Proficient in MySQL, including joins and query conditions. - Demonstrating recognized compliance and deliverability expertise. - Ensuring a high inbox deliverability rate for all email campaigns. - Being the go-to expert on email best practices, technologies, trends, and CAN-SPAM laws. - Continuously monitoring and analyzing key KPIs to identify trends, problems, opportunities, and shifts in behavior. - Utilizing in-depth experience with third-party email service provider platforms. - Having a deep understanding of journey mapping, email triggers, segmentation, and behavior targeting. - Identifying and interpreting key performance indicators to optimize email messaging, promotional opportunities, and campaign design. - Experience with SMS and browser-based notifications would be a plus. - Knowledge of global and regional data collection and handling requirements from legislative (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) and receiver (Gmail, Microsoft, etc.) perspectives. - Understanding the technical aspects of email, including FBLs, DNS, DKIM, SPF, DMARC, TLS, and other core infrastructure. - Strong knowledge of Blocklist Mitigation.
