Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Email Deliverability Lead to join our team at TargetBay. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email delivery and be able to lead the team to achieve high levels of deliverability.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the email delivery process to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to improve email deliverability rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to email delivery.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Train and guide junior team members on email delivery best practices.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in email technology.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in email delivery or a related field.
Strong knowledge of email marketing principles and technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience with email service providers (ESPs) and other relevant tools.
